LifeSkills Training Materials Order Form for Middle Schools

LifeSkills Training is supported by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Addiction Services. The following materials are for Massachusetts LifeSkills Training certification holders ONLY.

LifeSkills Training materials are free of charge and available for Level 1 (Grade 6/7), Level 2 (Grade 7/8), and Level 3 (Grade 8/9). While the Teacher's Manuals are essential to use at each level, the Student Guides are optional, but encouraged.
