As part of our continual efforts to improve the quality of our school district, we would like to provide you an opportunity to give feedback by participating in a district survey. This survey is available to staff, parents, and students to gauge the effectiveness of our schools.

Please take advantage of this opportunity and provide us feedback regarding your experiences in our schools. Every response is read and shared with our District and school administration.

- All results are anonymous
-If you have more than one child in the district, please fill out a survey for each child
The survey will close on June 15, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
-Any inappropriate or personally identifiable information in the open-ended responses will be removed.
-A summary of the results will be shared with the community and posted on our website.
