Tree Protection Ordinance

The City of Morgan Hill is asking for your input in developing a new tree protection ordinance. This ordinance will address trees located on private properties (residential, commercial, and industrial). Trees provide a multitude of benefits to the City ranging from air pollution reduction and lowered energy costs to creating safe and desirable places to live. The tree protection ordinance will be developed with the community, ecosystem, and economy in mind and that is why your input matters. Please take a few moments to answer the following questions.
