Title of Study: Math Re-Engagement Study (Almost Fun)

By completing this survey, you are agreeing to participate in a research study. 

This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. This survey is part of a research study. WestEd, a non-profit research and development agency that aims to improve education for all learners, is studying innovative mathematics programs. The researchers want to learn about your experience with Almost Fun.

Participation is voluntary
Your participation in the study is strictly voluntary and will in no way affect your ability to use the Almost Fun program. Agreeing or not agreeing to take this survey will not affect any current or future opportunities with Almost Fun. This agreement is completely voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw your consent, to any aspect of the study, at any time without any prejudice or penalty. You may choose to withdraw your consent while you are taking the survey by closing the browser.
We will keep your information confidential. We will not ask for your name or any other information that may identify you.
Risks and benefits
We do not believe there will be any risks associated with this survey. There may be no direct benefits to you from this study, but we hope the study will help improve math education.
