Call for Submissions

The Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) invites submissions from those interested in speaking, participating in panel discussions, or facilitating interactive workshops at the 2026 AIBC Conference. Held every second year, the AIBC Conference attracts more than 500 attendees. Architectural professionals from across B.C. and beyond come together to attend more than 20 speaking sessions, as well as engaging evening events. The Conference will take place Monday, May 25 to Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

Each presentation room will be equipped with an LCD projector, HDMI cable, and one screen; podium and podium microphone; one lapel microphone. Rooms designated for panel discussions (multiple presenters) will be equipped with a panel table and table microphones.

AIBC Staff and the Conference Professional Development Advisory Group will review submissions and reach out to approved presenters by early December.
