Participants will use structured exercises and assessments to gain greater self-awareness, stronger leadership and management skills, improved team communication skills, and increased confidence and proficiency in public speaking. The program dates are below. Please save these dates on your calendar now to be prepared if you are selected for the program. Upon receipt of the application, you can expect to hear from us by January 5. All dates are mandatory. Classes are in-person from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. EST on Mondays in Downtown Louisville.

  • April 15 – Class 6 – Presentation Coaching
  • April 22 – Class 7 – Final Presentations & Graduation

  • This ELP application will require a response for a payment plan and time commitment approval from your supervisor.
