Interest Survey for 2018 |
Introduction
How are you interested in serving at Bethany in 2018? We would like to know. Please have each adult and youth in your family fill out this survey separately. Your responses will be shared with the appropriate Bethany team leaders, who can then provide you with more information about the ministries in which you express interest.
We understand that your time is limited, and so you probably won't be able to participate in every ministry in which you have an interest. That's okay! In the survey, please check off ALL ministries in which you MAY have an interest. You can decide at a later time in which ministries you will actually participate for 2018.
