The purpose of this survey is to gather anonymous feedback on the draft Guidance on Professional Standards and Reporting Obligations. The changes to the Conduct and Client Care Rules that are summarised in this guidance come into force from 1 July 2021.

We would like your feedback on the draft guidance to understand if it is clear and if any further guidance may be required. Please either complete the survey, or email your feedback to ruleschangesfeedback@lawsociety.org.nz

How your feedback will be used

The New Zealand Law Society | Te Kāhui Ture o Aotearoa will only collect, use, hold and disclose personal information and data collected in this survey for consultation purposes related to the proposed Terms of Reference, and as provided for under the Privacy Act 2020, or as otherwise as permitted or required by law.

The Law Society will hold the personal information and data securely and it will only be reported on an aggregate basis.
