Thank you for your interest in AfterWork Theater's financial assistance program. In order to apply for tuition relief for our upcoming Sing Out, Dance Out, or Mainstage Play, please complete the application below (there are three short pages). Completed applications for all three programs will be accepted through August 25. After that date, applications will be reviewed, and over the course of the following week or two we will reach out to everyone, whether you are awarded assistance or not.

If you are interested in more than one program, please fill this form out once for each program you are interested in. You will also have the opportunity to let us know which program you are most interested in.

Due to the number of spots reserved for financial assistance, participants who have already registered into a program will not be considered for financial assistance for that program.
