Welcome to the Application for HARLA Class of 2021!

Selection Guidelines

No more than 16 attendees to be selected each year. Since the number of appointments is limited, applicants who are not selected are encouraged to reapply in subsequent years.

Participants will be chosen by the HAR Leadership Academy Trustees based upon the information completed on this application.

First priority will be given to REALTOR® members and/or REALTOR® Association Executives and/or REALTOR® Association Staff.

Consideration will be made to include at least one participant from each local board/association.

In this application, you will be asked to submit the following:
 
  • A recent photo suitable for use in publications.
  • A minimum of 2 and not more than 4 letters of recommendation. One letter should be from either a local or state Association Executive, officer, director, or committee chair. Please note that Leadership Academy Trustees are not eligible to write letters of recommendations.
  • An essay (approximately 500 words) on why you would like to participate in the Leadership Academy
