Requirements for supervision in clinical governance of medical pathology laboratories |
Targeted Stakeholder Feedback on NPAAC Standards
This survey has been sent to you as part of a targeted stakeholder feedback process for the Requirements for supervision in clinical governance of medical pathology laboratories.
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission), in partnership with the National Pathology Accreditation Advisory Council (NPAAC) develops and reviews the national pathology accreditation standards.
In preparing for the review of Requirements for supervision in clinical governance of medical pathology laboratories, feedback from this survey will provide information to the Commission and NPAAC about how the existing standard is being utilised, the issues pathology laboratories see as important in the application of this Standard and suggestions for safe practice.
Your feedback will be collated and provided to NPAAC and its subcommittees for review to assist in the early stages of developing standards. A wider consultation process will be conducted following the development of an initial draft of the Standard.
The collection of data from this survey is in line with the Commission's Privacy Policy, available here. Noting, the name of your organisation will be identified when the information is provided to NPAAC and its subcommittees.
