ELEVATE Community Survey |
Thank you for agreeing to take the Adams 12 Five Star Schools ELEVATE survey.
The survey is 3 questions long and should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
The Five Star District is participating in a year-long engagement process called ELEVATE, bringing parents, community members, students and staff together to develop a five-year strategic plan to elevate student success. A five-year strategic plan reflecting the community's priorities will be unveiled August 2018.
In Fall 2017, more than 3,000 people and 49 schools participated in the first phase. They used a storytelling process to listen and learn from one another, and determined collective ideas for what to build on in the future.
This winter, the ELEVATE Core Team - a group of staff and community members tasked with leading the ELEVATE process - worked through the fall feedback, synthesizing the ideas to a place where we need your input to move forward.
