District Presenter Application

The Lower Hudson Regional Information Center is proud to host the annual Tech Expo as part of the Technology Leadership Institute series of events. This all-day conference will be held on Friday, May 11th, 2018 at the beautiful Edith Macy Conference Center in Briarcliff Manor, NY.

This year’s nationally known keynote speaker is Heather Dowd speaking on "Choose your own Adventure".  Heather is a teacher, ed tech coach, science enthusiast, traveler, photographer and most of all a learner.

The keynote will be followed by an estimated 30 breakout sessions focusing on instructional technology topics of paramount interest to the educators and leaders from districts across the region.

New this year! We will feature a special showcase called "5 Minutes of Fame, or Epic Failures".  District staff will be encouraged to sign up for an ignite style session called “5 Minutes of Fame OR Epic Failures”.  These presentations are intended to be inspirational and/or humorous, and a fun way to conclude our day together before the raffle.

The LHRIC is seeking qualified presenters to showcase their successful uses of educational technology in the K-12 environment during 50-minute breakout sessions. Please follow the below instructions to complete this online application to present at Tech Expo 2018.
