2018 Employee Member of the Year Nomination
Deadline for submission is Friday, September 14, 2018
The purpose of this award is to honor an employee (whether an employee of a BOMA member company or a contracted employee) who has made significant contributions to benefit the Denver Metro BOMA member building in which they work, and its tenants, ownership and/or management. The nominee can be an employee of the building in management, operations or administration, or a contracted service employee of a BOMA Allied member company. Special emphasis will be placed on their BOMA involvement, professional knowledge, skills and service within their profession. Principal and Allied members are eligible to nominate a candidate.

When nominating one of your employees, please consider the following. The nominee must have accomplished a number, but not necessarily all, of the considerations listed below. Upon receipt of this nomination form, a member of the Recognition Committee will contact the nominee for a one-on-one interview, focusing their questions on these considerations:
- Participated in BOMA and/or other organizations’ activities or committees (preferred)
- Made significant contributions to the property that benefited the building and the tenants
- Been commended by tenants, peers, supervisors, subordinates, and/or ownership
- Demonstrated a desire to pursue industry knowledge through educational seminars and/or classes
- Participate in Emerging Professionals Committee
