Welcome parents & guardians of school children in SD83.

This survey is for parents & guardians of students in SD83 with diverse abilities. It is intended to assist the newly created District PAC; Diverse Abilities Advocacy Committee (DAAC), in their effort to advocate for and support the enhancement of high quality learning experiences for students with diverse abilities in the public school system.

We define Diverse Abilities as a physical, cognitive, developmental, learning, and/or neurological differences in ability levels.

Special Needs Students are those that require resources different from most students (the formal definition can be found in the BC School Act. The link for this is on our SD83DPAC website - Links page).

For more information on DAAC please visit our SD83DPAC website - Advocacy page.

Please complete one survey per child. Thank you.

This survey will close February 21, 2020.
