Welcome to the National Co-op Month Member Survey!

This is a thoughtful survey + will take you about 10-20 minutes to complete.

This survey is open October 17th - December 10th 2023

Very Satisfied: I believe the Co-op strikes an excellent balance between affordability and upholding its core values.

Satisfied: I think the Co-op mostly maintains a good balance, though there are occasional discrepancies.

Neutral: I haven't noticed or don't have a strong opinion on the balance between affordability and the Co-op's values.

Somewhat Dissatisfied: I feel the Co-op could do better in balancing affordable prices with its core values. I sometimes find prices too high for certain values-driven products.

Very Dissatisfied: I believe the Co-op prioritizes its values over affordability, making it difficult for me to shop as frequently or as fully as I'd like.

Never Vote - Lack of Interest: I don't have a strong interest in Co-op governance, but I might be swayed by more compelling campaigns or topics.

Never Vote - Didn't Know I Could: I wasn't aware of my ability to vote in Co-op elections. Better outreach and education would encourage me to participate.

Quick Dash (less than 10 minutes): I usually know exactly what I want and am in and out quickly.

Short Visit (10-20 minutes): I spend a bit of time browsing or picking up a few items.

Average Stay (20-30 minutes): I take my time to shop, compare products, and maybe grab a snack or coffee.

Extended Visit (30 minutes or more): I love taking my time, exploring new products, reading labels, and possibly chatting with staff or other members.
