Before beginning the online application, review the PDF version of the application so that you can prepare your responses and gather the required materials. We encourage you to complete the online application in one sitting.

Before beginning the application:
  • Draft your responses to the essay questions. Each response must be 150 words or fewer.
  • Have your current CV ready to upload.
  • Complete the Institutional Sign-Off form and obtain all required signatures.
  • Request the two required recommendation letters described later in the application. Recommendation letters must be e-mailed directly by the authors to ekats@gnyha.org by the application deadline.
Your progress is saved when you click Next. If you leave the application before clicking Next, information entered on the current page may not be saved. If necessary, you may return to an incomplete application using the same browser and device you used to begin it. Only one application may be submitted per browser.
