* #1 - Priorities: What should the Indiana legislature's top three priorities be? (mark 3 that apply)

* #2 - Property Taxes: Indiana passed a law in 2025 to lower property taxes in 2026 and future years and save residents $1.3 billion in the next 3 years. By 2031, residential homestead homeowners will not pay property taxes on 2/3 of their assessed value. Indiana also cut state income taxes and cut local income tax capacity. Property taxes do not go to the state government; every dollar is spent by local governments, including schools, towns, cities and counties. Do you support or oppose cutting property taxes?

* #3 - K-12 Education: In the most recent state biennial budget, the legislature increased K-12 tuition support by 5% or $640 million over the previous budget. The legislature has now increased K-12 funding by 46% or $3 billion over the last decade. Do you support increasing, decreasing or maintaining the level of state K-12 education tuition support?

* #5 - Lawsuits: People can file lawsuits (or tort claims) against individuals and businesses when they believe they have been wronged. Some of these lawsuits are dismissed by the court as frivolous, but expensive attorneys fees are often still paid by the companies or individuals involved in the lawsuit. If legislation is considered that could prohibit some lawsuits in order to save money on legal fees, do you support or oppose legislation that limits lawsuits?
