The purpose of this survey is to identify consumer opinions about the tap water supplied in the Bay County area by Bay County Department of Water and Sewer. Management at Bay County Department of Water and Sewer has approved this survey.

 
Design, administration, and interpretation of the survey are part of a marketing research class at the Scott L. Carmona College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University.
