* Thank you for participating in Texas Techspo, a high-energy event designed to help students discover the many resources that support their success at Texas Tech!

Before getting started, please review the event details below:

Event Day Timeline for Exhibitors
  • 10:00 AM – Exhibitor set-up begins
  • 10:00–10:45 AM – Brunch available for exhibitors
  • 10:45 AM – All booths must be fully set up
  • 11:00 AM – Event begins; doors open to students
  • 3:00 PM – Event doors close; no new students entering
  • 3:30 PM – Event concludes; clean-up begins at this time to accommodate students who arrive close to 3:00 PM.
Additional Details
  • Booth spaces include two chairs
  • A 6-foot table is optional and may be requested in the survey
