Explain how will you learn from others in your cohort and contribute to their learning Explain how your graduating from this program will benefit the tribal health community Program Time & Obligations form THO Employees All of the above plus Letter of Recommendation/Endorsement from current supervisor ANTHC Employee (including ANTHC Remote employees) General Eligibility:In addition to being Alaska Native or Native American one must: Be a full time employee, including designated groups of employees who work "regular full time" at 36 hours per week By Program Kick Off, September 16, 2022, have been an ANTHC employee for a minimum of nine months Have no corrective actions, and be in “good standing” for the past nine months Have received a “meets expectations” (or higher) on Annual Performance Evaluation or employees who haven't received an evaluation must obtain a Letter of Recommendation from their supervisor Both applicant and applicants supervisor must sign Program Time & Obligations THO Eligibility for PathwaysIn addition to being Alaska Native or Native American one must: Be a Tribal Health Organization employee for a minimum of nine months by Program Kick Off (September) Letter of Recommendation/Endorsement from current supervisor Both applicant and applicants supervisor must sign Program Time & Obligations THO may or may not have their own requirements for Pathways applicants, recommended requirements include: Have no corrective actions, and be in “good standing”, for the past 12 months; Have received a “meets expectations” (or higher) on Annual Evaluation. If you live outside 50 miles of Anchorage Note:Participants are required to attend 3 in person events, in Anchorage, during the Pathways program.
