MRPA Vendor, Sponsor, and Professional Partner Experience and Needs Survey

Introduction

MRPA values the businesses and professional partners that support parks and recreation across Mississippi. We recognize that vendor participation at the previous Annual Conference may have been high relative to professional attendee participation, limiting meaningful interaction and value for some exhibitors.

As MRPA plans for the 2027 Annual Conference and the future of MRPA 2.0, we are seeking candid feedback about your experience, needs, expectations, and priorities. Your responses will help us improve vendor access and engagement, strengthen exhibit and sponsorship opportunities, develop more valuable year-round partnerships, and identify industry perspectives that can inform MRPA’s strategic planning and future initiatives.

Responses will be used by MRPA for planning purposes. Individual responses will not be publicly attributed without permission. Contact information is optional and will be used for the 2027 Vendor Booth / Sponsor drawing at the end of the survey and in any requested follow-up.
