2026 Call for Online Presenters

Introduction

The Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization representing libraries and library staff in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are seeking presenters for the upcoming online educational events described below. Presenters are expected to present a 60-minute session live on the day of the event.

Frontline Online (February 2027)
Seeking content appropriate for library workers who have direct contact with library users.
Frontline Online sessions will be selected in September – October and finalized in November.
Submissions for 2026 Frontline Online is now closed. Submissions received after 11/1/2025 will be considered for the 2027 event.

Library Friends & Trustees Institute (March 7, 2026)
Seeking content appropriate for those involved in library governance and operations, library fundraising or advocacy.
Friends & Trustee Institute sessions will be selected in November – December and finalized in January.

Future Continuing Education Program
This could be specific to a specific type of library or a specific type of library work.
We will retain your submission and reach out only if there is an opportunity that we think is a good match.
