2026 Military Family Building Survey: Building Better Together |
Welcome to the 2026 Military Family Building Survey
Presented by Amazon Military Affairs | In Collaboration with Syracuse University’s IVMF
We are honored to invite you to participate in our annual national study. Whether you serve on Active Duty, in the National Guard or Reserve, are a Veteran or Retiree, or are a military spouse or family member—your lived experience is essential.
Family building in the military takes many paths. Whether your journey involves natural conception, fertility care (ART), adoption, foster care, surrogacy, pregnancy or infant loss, or if you are child-free by choice or circumstance—your story counts, and your voice belongs here.
How We Use Your Voice
The data gathered through this survey powers our educational resources, support programs, and national advocacy efforts. We translate your experiences into actionable research and policy recommendations that we bring directly to Congressional offices, DoD leaders, and healthcare stakeholders. Please answer based on your past or present experiences, including perspectives on your spouse or partner’s journey where prompted.
