How to submit a Presentation Proposal

Step 1 Read the Program Overview and Video Submission Instructions below.
Step 2 Record your 5-minute proposal video. This video proposal should be a verbal explanation of what you plan to present, including some of the specific takeaways for members. Upload the video to the cloud platform of your choice. Remember to make the video "public" or "viewable" and leave it on the cloud platform after submitting your link into the form. You will need a copy of the link only to include in this proposal form.
Step 3 Complete and submit this proposal form. If you have multiple topics you would like to propose, please complete separate forms for each individual proposal
  • Proposals will be reviewed and speakers will be selected by the 2025 MDRT member program committee.
ConneXion Zone Overview
MDRT, MDRT Center or MDRT Academy members are eligible to speak. These are 20-minute concurrent in-language sessions without visual presentations. Note: ConneXion Zone speaking opportunities are available at the Annual Meeting only.
Focus Sessions Overview
Features both member and non-member speakers for in-depth knowledge-sharing. Session lengths are generally 60 minutes.
MDRT Speaks/Members on Main Platform Overview
Short 3-8 minute fast-paced presentations by MDRT member speakers sharing innovative and creative business concepts on the Main Platform stage.
MDRT Center for Field Leadership
Open to MDRT Center members and non-member speakers. These 60-minute sessions are designed to empower field leaders who manage teams.

Record a 5-minute video and upload it to your preferred cloud platform (YouTube, DropBox, Google, etc.). Please record a new video rather than submitting a video from previous speaking engagements.

In your video please do the following:
  • Introduce yourself with your name and where you are from.
  • Share the proposed title of your presentation and which content track it best aligns with.
  • Give a summary of your proposed presentation, highlighting the primary takeaways for members (remember to be specific).
  • If appropriate for the Session Type you are submitting for - describe how you intend to engage attendees during your presentation (e.g. self-reflection, discussion time, journaling, etc.)
