The Women in Digital 2025 Discourse aims to provide valuable insights into the experiences of women in the industry, particularly in light of growing equitable pathways for all. By analysing survey data, we seek to track progress, identify barriers, and highlight successes that can guide individuals and organisations toward best practices.
