* 13. Contingency Agreement

By accepting the Tire Streets contingency agreement, you are agreeing to utilize Tire Streets motorsports tires (listed below) on all four corners of your competition vehicle at all times throughout your respective competition. You also agree that Tire Streets decals will be applied to both sides of your vehicle and visible in the media you provide to Tire Streets. Failure to abide by these terms will result in your contingency claim being denied, no exceptions.

* 14. Are You Able To Provide Quality Media From Each Event?

One of the most important aspects of becoming a member of the Drivers Program is sharing your journey and successes along the way for everyone to see. We'll help you with some guidance from our media & marketing team but by agreeing to this section, you're agreeing that you're at least half way decent with your phone camera and will be able to provide us with the content we require to process competition payouts for you. Failure to provide high resolution media will result in your payout request being denied with no exceptions.

By agreeing to this media release, you are releasing all media uploaded by you to Tire Streets and it's agents for free use on their website, social media accounts, advertisements, printed publications, and all other outlets. Prior to providing Tire Streets media, it is your sole responsibility to clear the free use of the media you are providing to Tire Streets. By agreeing to this, you are releasing Tire Streets and it's agents from any and all legal repercussions that may become apparent from providing media without cleared rights.

* 16. Initial Purchase Requirement Agreement

All members of the Tire Streets Drivers Program will be required to make an initial purchase of at least two motorsports tires in 2025 prior to being eligible for any competition payouts. You will be eligible to use your exclusive discount on your initial purchase, but without making your initial purchase, you will not be eligible for competition payouts. Purchases from 2024 do NOT count as an initial purchase for the 2025 season, zero exceptions
