The Board of Building Standards adopted an update to the Ohio Building Code (OBC) based on the 2021 International Building Code with Ohio changes effective March 1, 2024, including adoption of the 2021 International Existing Buildings Code. BBS has partnered with Carl Lamping to present a 3 hour course on the 2024 Ohio Existing Buildings Code.
This course is open to building department personnel and the public, including contractors, builders and design professionals. There is no cost to attend.
