2024 Halloween at The PARC

Thank you for your interest in participating at Halloween at The PARC!

This fall-tastic event will be an evening of family fun, including trick-or-treating, face painting, kids activities, and more! We are inviting Fairfax County agencies and non-profit groups to participate in this community-focused event by setting up a themed, interactive marketing booth.

We request that all entities participating decorate their table, dress up, and bring treats to hand out (candy, stickers, or other tchotchkes).

Please fill out this form with as many details as possible and a Celebrate Fairfax (CF) staff member will be in contact with additional information.

CF has a right to select exhibitors based on variety and space.
A Certificate of Insurance is required by all exhibitors (excluding Fairfax County agencies)

* 7. A Certificate of Insurance is required to participate in this event and all Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. produced events. This proof of coverage must be in the amount of no less than $1 million for general liability. Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. and the County of Fairfax, Virginia must be named as additionally insured on this policy.
If you do not have business insurance, you are able to purchase limited liability insurance through CFI for around $85. More information on this will be emailed to you.

- All food items must be individually pre-packaged.
- All activities and giveaways must be free to the attendees. Selling items (including, but not limited to memberships, classes, or goods) is restricted at this event. Marketing materials for your business are allowed!
