An early welcome to our upcoming 2024 Annual Conference and Exhibition that is taking place on June 24th-26th at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL.

Within this form you will have the opportunity to select your top 3 booth placement options, submit your 50 word exhibitor statement, provide a line for our "exhibitor scavenger hunt" and donate an attendee silent auction or raffle item. You will also be provided with a reminder of our exhibit service providers contact information and exhibitor kit.

Booth selections are determined by RFT Annual Sponsor by level, RFT event sponsor by level, then by date of payment received. RFT reserves the right to make the final booth placement.

Raffles
We are hosting raffles for attendees. This is a a great way to promote your organization. We encourage you to participate in our raffle experience by donation items for attendees.

IMPORTANT:
Please complete this form by 5:00 pm (EST) on Friday, May 3rd or earlier. If your form is not completed a booth location will be selected for you and an exhibitor statement produced from your website "About Us" page.
