Introduction

ARRMC has been failing to meet the contract standards in payroll as outlined in the BOLI payroll accountability. ESDP is missing from all paychecks this month. The paystubs are exceedingly difficult to understand and multiple pay errors involving extra-weekend shifts, differentials, overtime and basic pay are a violation of BOLI, leaving employees to fight to have these issues to be corrected individually which takes months and sometimes is never corrected.

ONA seeks a comprehensive third-party audit over the last year to identify and then correct all payroll errors. Without an independent audit of pay since the implementation of payroll software, we do not believe each ONA Tech/LPN can have confidence that all errors have been recognized and remedied.

ONA requests that all payroll errors be addressed and corrected with ESDP, overtime, extra weekend, extra shift, differentials, on call, standby and all financial compensation that is owed as unpaid wages paid in full to each ONA Tech/LPN at ARRMC.
