What you will need 

The survey collects data as of December 31, 2022.

Gather the following year-end data for 2022, for U.S. communities only:
  • Company name, headquarters city/state, and website URL
  • Chief executive name and title
  • Total number of units. A UNIT is defined as a single residential dwelling that may include more than one resident. For example, two residents may live in ONE unit. Include U.S. properties only. DO NOT include skilled nursing. 
  • Number of Assisted Living units
  • Number of Independent Living units
  • Number of Memory Care units
  • Number of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) / Life Plan Communities
  • Number of full-time employees, community and corporate
  • Number of part-time employees, community and corporate
  • Total number of employees (add full-time and part-time)
  • Total number of communities
  • Company's total operational capacity. Operational capacity refers to the total number of residents your communities can adequately serve on any given day. This is NOT the same as licensed capacity. Include U.S. properties only. DO NOT include skilled nursing. 

In addition:
  • Major mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures of communities, as of survey response
  • Number of companies under development, with state located and projected completion date, as of survey response
  • Number of international companies and countries where they are located, as of December 31, 2022.

PLEASE DO NOT include skilled nursing units or data in this survey. Please share your company's data as of DECEMBER 31, 2022.
