The presenter is responsible for all travel related expenses, including airfare, hotel, mileage, etc.

ONE presenter for each session will receive either one night free lodging for the night prior to their scheduled speaking day or a full symposium registration. Presenters will only receive one, regardless of the number of presentations, or the number of times a topic is presented.

No other compensation is provided by the this training event.
