Between political, economic, environmental, social, and technological disruptions, it is becoming increasingly difficult to prepare and provide sustainable and optimal care to a community. The Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) is currently working on its next strategic plan and would like to hear from you. We are committed to better understand your current and future challenges and explore opportunities, solutions, and strategies. Your guidance will help inform and advise strategic priorities and tactical planning for 2023 and beyond. We ask for 10 minutes of your time to complete this brief member survey.
