The 2022 SPEMS Conference will be at the Texas Tech Health Science Center, Academic Classroom Building, 3601 4th Street, Lubbock, Texas, Saturday, May 14, 2022.  Vendors set up time is pending.  Registration & Breakfast- 7:00 a.m.-8 a.m.  Vendors may tear down after the last break mid afternoon or stay for the duration.

* 4. Booth space is $150.00 PER table.  How many tables would you like to reserve?

* 6. An invoice can be sent to you prior to payment. Please indicate who to send the invoice to and include their email address if different from above. (If paying by check, please state so.)
