2022 Congregational Report

Please complete this report so we have accurate information about the NALC. We recommend printing the questions from the email sent to NALC congregations or from the NALC website and completing them prior to starting this form. There are 59 questions that should take you about 35 minutes to complete if you have printed and answered the questions in advance. You must complete the online form in one session or you will have to start over completely. However, you are able to go back and change answers on previous pages as needed during the session. Please complete the report by April 21.
