The Arizona Health Care Association Awards program honors the exemplary service and devotion of long term care leaders, staff, residents and volunteers who demonstrate their commitment to quality on a daily basis. Please take the time to nominate those in your building who deserve an award.

- The annual awards ceremony will be held Monday, July 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. during the Opening Session of the Annual Convention & Expo at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.
- Each award winner will receive one free registration to the AHCA Annual Convention.
- If selected to receive an award, three high-def digital photos of the recipient will need to be submitted.
