As students return to classrooms, school nurses/health staff members ensure they are ready for learning by managing complex chronic conditions; identifying and addressing mental health issues; leveling the field on health disparities; promoting healthy behaviors; handling medical emergencies, and with the COVID-19 pandemic, testing, tracking and facilitating vaccinating students and school personnel, and so much more.

The School Nurses Organization of Arizona (SNOA), with assistance from the Arizona Department of Education (ADE), School Safety and Social Wellness Program is conducting this online survey to learn more about our Arizona school nurses and health staff members. Whether you work in the health office of a district (public), private or charter school, we want to hear from you.

This online survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. By doing so, we will gain a better picture of what health issues you are seeing in schools, where we can assist you and how we can guide and facilitate resources for school nurses and health staff in the near future. Results from this survey will be available for your review and you may sign up to receive the report at the end of this survey.
