2021 Capital One Virginia Military Dependent Scholarship

Scholarship Description: The Capital One Military Dependent Scholarship is designed to aid and honor talented Virginia high school seniors who are the dependents of full-time Military Servicemembers (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, active reserves or National Guard dual-status technician program). Three awards for college tuition will be made: One for $5,000, one for $3000, and one for $2000 will be awarded to 3 scholars. Applicants are evaluated and recipients chosen based upon the criteria of academic excellence, community service, and leadership. We are seeking those students who exemplify the highest in talent, hard work, and integrity that Virginia has to offer to be our 2021 Capital One Virginia Military Dependent Scholars.

Qualifications: -Current high school seniors -U.S. Citizen or legal resident -Resident of, or attending high school in the Commonwealth of Virginia - Have at least one parent or legal guardian who is a full-time Military Servicemember (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, active reserves or National Guard dual-status technician program) *Capital One employees and family are not eligible
