1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing to submit a proposal for the NJHSA Program Showcase at the NJHSA 2021 Virtual Annual Conference Responsive, Resilient, Reimagining Together! to be held online from April 20 – 23, 2021. We are encouraging participation from every corner of The Network especially the membership of some of our  NJHSA Affinity Groups.  We invite you to share your knowledge with your colleagues. Our goal is for everyone to leave the NJHSA Program Showcase with important takeaways, and exceptional program and service models which you can take back to strengthen your work and your communities.

The deadline for submission is Friday, December 18, 2020. We will confirm those sessions selected to present by February 19, 2021

Exceptional virtual programs are delivered each and every day at agencies throughout the Network. These programs can demonstrate leading edge innovation in delivery methodology, creative funding opportunities, meaningful and robust collaboration with other organizations, unique programs and services, noteworthy outcomes and outreach to isolated populations.

At this conference, we will be shining the spotlight on innovative programs/services from the active membership of the following NJHSA Affinity Groups: Clinical Services, Development, Disabilities, Holocaust Professionals, Older Adult Services, Marketing, Volunteer and Workforce Development.  Our goal is to provide a platform for colleagues from around North America and Israel to learn from their peers, share their successes and get inspired by the unique ways our agencies pivoted and transitioned to remote/virtual program and service delivery.

Selected agencies will be invited to present 5 slides highlighting their program and service delivery models. Each agency will be limited to a maximum of 8 minutes. There will be dedicated time offered throughout the conference to connect with Program Showcase presenters to discuss any program in further detail.

Please be mindful of the following guidelines:

1.       ALL NJHSA member agencies in good standing are encouraged to submit a proposal.

2.       Programs big and small and everything in between are welcome.

3.       Submissions demonstrating innovation, novelty and challenges conquered are particularly encouraged.

4.       Submission of a proposal by a NJHSA member agency requires a commitment by the presenter to register for the NJHSA Virtual Annual Conference.

5.       Incomplete submissions will not be considered for review by the conference committee.
