The purpose of the surveys are to provide a comprehensive benchmarking tool for companies to stay competitive by providing local wage, company policies and benefits information. Your participation is incredibly valuable and qualifies you for significant savings of the results. 

General Instructions:

1. Complete the following REQUIRED Company Information section  below to begin.
2. Once complete, please choose the section that you wish to participate in. PLEASE NOTE: The Wage Section of the survey is for employers with employees in Lancaster County only. Please do not complete this section for employees outside of Lancaster County. The Healthcare Benefits portion of the survey closed on September 18th.
Additionally, please note that at the end of each section, you will have the option to jump to any section that you wish. This year, and moving forward, the surveys will be referred to as the Wage & Benefits Survey, formerly Wage Survey and Policies & Benefits Survey. The Wage & Benefits Survey is still available in separate surveys. 
3. You do not need to complete the survey all at once, you will be provided with an edit link to access your survey and data at any time, until the participation is closed.

 
The Lancaster Chamber partners with Central Penn Business Group on Health to review and analyze the Healthcare Benefits Section and provide an Executive Summary of the results for the Benefits Survey (formerly Policies & Benefits Survey). If you are participating on behalf of CPBGH, please note that the deadline to participate in the healthcare portion, ended on September 18th. 

Last year, all survey sections were combined into one survey. This is for your convenience and to try and help minimize confusion. You will receive an edit link upon beginning the survey. Please use the edit link to edit your survey when needed and complete it at your convenience. Although not required, we encourage participation in all sections. If you do not wish to complete a section, you will have the ability to skip it.
