2020 AAGE Graduate Recruitment Industry Awards (AGRIAs) Entry Form - Award for Innovation

This is the entry form for the Will Spensley Award for Innovation for the 2020 AGRIAs.

The aim of this Award is to recognise the employers that have been the most innovative in the graduate market. The innovative measure must be new to the organisation and/or market - therefore something that already exists in the graduate market cannot be 'innovative' for the purposes of this award.

The innovative idea can be anything to do with the attraction of graduates, recruitment & selection of graduates through to the induction & development of graduates.

This award relates to innovations by employers - therefore innovations by suppliers, universities, professional associations etc. are not eligible for this award. The use of a product or service provided by a supplier, university or professional association is NOT innovative for the purposes of this award.

Employers must include a written synopsis (300 word limit), in order to be considered for this Award. All of these submissions are placed on the AGRIAs website and AAGE Members are invited to vote for the best innovation.

PERMITTED
You can include a logo, or image or chart as part of your submission but any words used within these documents will count towards the 300 word limit.

NOT PERMITTED
Please do not include hyperlinks to things such as: websites, social media, video etc. We will remove these items.

The Finalists for this Award are the employers who received the most votes for their submission.

PLEASE NOTE - entry is restricted to current financial FULL Members of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (i.e. EMPLOYER members with an up-to-date paid membership). Only the Employer itself can submit an entry for this award - third parties are ineligible to submit an entry on behalf of an Employer. To check your membership status please contact memberships@aage.com.au.

Winners are announced at the AGRIAs Gala Dinner on Thursday 29th October 2020, which takes place during the annual AAGE Graduate Recruitment and Development Conference in Melbourne.
