This opportunity is open to all nonprofit patient advocacy organizations working with the cancer community. 

Located on the exhibitor floor, the Advocacy Partners Pavilion provides an opportunity to promote your grants, programs, and initiatives to more than 22,000 members of the oncology research community. In addition to a kiosk, advocates also have a dedicated space for meetings and networking.

There is no fee to exhibit in the Advocacy Partners Pavilion. Accepted exhibitors will receive five (5) exhibit hall only badges and two (2) all-access passes to the conference. 

Eligible organizations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There are limited spots available. All applicants will be notified via email by mid-December.

Please follow the below guidelines to provide the best experience for both the attendees and pavilion partners. Partners agree to abide by all rules, requirements, restrictions, and regulations as set forth in this agreement or as designated by the AACR.  Failure to abide by such rules and regulations result in forfeiture of exhibit space under terms of this agreement.
  • The advocacy counter must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours (see below). There is no exception to this rule. AACR will provide partners with five exhibitors (5) badges to accommodate your schedule and ensure that someone is always at the counter.
  • Set-up hours are Saturday, April 25 (8:00 am-5:00 pm). Exhibitors are not permitted to move-out prior to Wednesday, April 29, at 12:00 pm. We ask that you make your travel plans accordingly.
  • Canvassing or distributing advertising matter outside of the exhibitor's own booth/kiosk is not permitted.
No organization may assign or sublet the whole or any part of the space allotted, nor exhibit therein any goods other than manufactured or handled by the organization in the regular course of business.

All counters will be equipped with a kiosk, stool, and electricity.  There will be security, daily cleaning of aisles, and an identification sign listing your organization's name.

Each organization is allotted two (2) conference registrations. These passes allow access to scientific sessions. Please list the names of the individuals who will receive complimentary registration. A person can receive both an exhibit-hall pass and complimentary registration.

Please submit your description in complete sentences. Only your organization name will appear in bold type. Organization description will be included in the Guide to Poster Sessions and Exhibits.

  • Capitalize only the first letter of proper names and carefully indicate trademarks.
  • Limit listing to 50 words.
  • Superlatives will be deleted.
  • Please proofread your description for capitalization, punctuation, and correct spelling.
