The ACMS Board of Directors requests your nominations for the Frederic E. Mohs, MD Award for career achievement.
This award, which was first presented in 2004, is named in memory of the esteemed physician who developed the micrographic surgery technique and founded the College, Frederick E. Mohs, MD. The objective of this prestigious lifetime achievement award is to honor individuals who promote Mohs surgery throughout their career with his/her teaching, clinical practice, scientific contributions, innovation, mentorship, and service to the organization, in the spirit of Dr. Mohs. The award will be presented at the College’s Annual Business Meeting on Friday, April 24, 2020 in Nashville, TN.
Nominations for this award may be submitted by completing this questionnaire. You can re-enter the questionnaire at any time and update your responses, however nominations must be completed by Friday, December 20, 2019.
