Application essay prompts:
  • How would the DreamSF Fellowship benefit your short-term and long-term goals? (500-word max)
  • What life experience(s) shaped your understanding of immigration/immigrants in the United States? What impact did it have on you and your; family, friends, relationships, or identities? Please feel free to include anything you think is relevant for the committee to know about you. (500-word max)
  • Describe a scenario that pushed you to take on a role you are not accustomed to. The example can come from your; personal, family, school, work, or other life experiences. Please describe how you responded to this new role and how this moment impacted others and affected your understanding of yourself? (500-word max)
