Background Information

Thank you for participating in this survey concerning the Colorado State Board of Education rulemaking process for HB18-1355.  Your feedback will be shared with the Colorado State Board of Education prior to and during the rulemaking process.  Rulemaking for HB18-1355 is scheduled to occur in Spring 2019.
The structure of this survey is aligned with the proposed draft rules. The questions are focused on the areas of significant flexibility in board rule (highlighted in green in the image below).  This includes questions related to the school and district performance frameworks, ratings and consequences, and improvement planning. There is also an opportunity to provide feedback outside of these areas.
