Thank you for accessing the Application for Exhibit Space at the 2019 Florida Afterschool Conference. Please respond to all questions in this application to help us meet your needs at the conference. 

If you also wish to host a conference workshop as a presenter, you will need to complete these two additional steps:

1. Complete the conference request for proposals at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2019FASAPresenter

2. After your proposal has been received and reviewed by the Conference Planning Committee, you will receive the information needed to register for the conference. Once you register yourself and all of the additional co-presenters and/or booth representatives who will accompany you. You will need to also make payment on this site for all of the exhibitor options you have chosen.

When you choose "EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE ACCESS" as your Registration Type, you will be agreeing to the $525 charge for the exhibit booth. Other items may also be added at your request.

It is important that everyone who will attend the conference is entered into the registration system to receive communications about the event, receive a name badge and materials upon arrival at the conference.
