Welcome to the 2019 Colorado Science Conference Feedback Survey. This short survey consists of questions regarding what you thought of the 2019 Colorado Science Conference on Friday, November 8th, 2019. The survey should take about 5-15 minutes to complete. When the survey is finished, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of six $25.00 gift cards to the retailer of your choice (choices are Amazon.com, iTunes, Starbucks, Whole Foods, or King Soopers). The survey is anonymous, so any personal information that you choose to provide (i.e., name and address to receive the gift card) will in no way be linked to your survey responses. We would like to collect as many responses as possible, so if you could forward the link to the survey to anyone you know who attended the conference, we would greatly appreciate your efforts.
