The 2019 COEX Innovation Awards recognize regional and national chain companies that are shaping the industry through innovation in culinary, operations, marketing and service.

There are two separate awards:
* The Culinary/Operations Innovation Award
* The Marketing/Service Innovation Award
Each award will be presented to one regional chain and one national chain, for a total of four awards given.

When nominating, first choose the award in which your nominee fits (culinary/operations or marketing/service) and then please be sure to check the correct box to indicate whether you are nominating a: REGIONAL CHAIN (20 to 499 units) or a NATIONAL CHAIN (500 units and up).

You are not required to submit nominees for both awards, but we encourage you to do so to ensure that a greater number of operators can be in the running for these awards. Hand written submissions will not be accepted.
