Upon your request, Mercer will provide one Atlanta Campus designated parking area pass and tickets for the reserved seating area for mobility impaired guests during the May 12, 2018 Commencement ceremony.

One (1) mobility impaired parking pass will be issued per graduate. Please note, a parking pass is issued for a vehicle, not for each mobility impaired guest. All individuals in the vehicle with a parking pass may enter the general commencement field from the nearby designated parking area for mobility impaired persons.

Seating in this area is by reservation only and special tickets are required. Only two (2) "sit with" tickets (for individuals accompanying a mobility impaired guest) are available per graduate. Space in this section is very limited and always reaches capacity. As such, no exceptions to this number of tickets can be made. Tickets are required for entry to the special seating area on the day of the event, so please be sure that you bring them with you to the event.

To request a parking pass and seating tickets, please complete and submit the following information no later than Friday, April 20th and the requested pass and tickets will be sent by mail to your mobility impaired guest.

For additional information, accommodations, or if you have questions, please contact the Associate Dean of Students office at (678) 547-6824.

For guests that need disability accommodations other than parking, please contact Hannah Lawrence by calling (678) 547-6824 or by emailing lawrence_hw@mercer.edu by Friday, April 20th to request disability accommodations. In all situations, a good faith effort will be made to provide appropriate accommodations, at your request.
